phll Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "phll" or "the Platform" means the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at phll.one, including all associated services, software, games, and features.
• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to phll and its operating entity responsible for the phll platform.
• "You," "User," "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the phll platform.
• "Account" means a registered phll user account created in accordance with these Terms.
• "Wallet" means the phll account balance maintained for a registered player, comprising deposited funds net of withdrawals and gaming transactions.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, sports betting, Sabong, Bingo, Aviator, and any other wagering or gaming products available on the phll platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive offered to players subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Regulatory Framework" refers to the applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming, including PAGCOR's oversight framework for online gaming operators.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning ascribed in Section 8 of these Terms.

By accessing or using phll in any capacity — including browsing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with phll's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that may apply.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phll. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the phll platform and, if applicable, close your account.

Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and access any gaming service on phll. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. phll enforces this requirement through mandatory identity verification, and any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, with all funds returned to the original payment source after applicable verification.

Registration Requirements

To register a phll account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• Submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document for identity verification purposes. Accepted IDs include: Philippine Passport, SSS/UMID Card, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, Voter's ID, PRC ID, and the Philippine National ID (PhilSys).
• Confirm that you are not a Restricted Person as defined below.
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions, the phll Privacy Policy, and any applicable game or promotional rules.

Restricted Persons

The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain an active phll account:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Persons who are self-excluded from gambling under any applicable regulatory programme.
• Employees, directors, officers, or contractors of phll or its affiliated entities, or immediate family members of such persons, with respect to bonus and promotional offers unless expressly permitted.
• Persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Persons who have been previously suspended or permanently banned from the phll platform.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered phll account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phll uses technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phll login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any third party. phll will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

You must notify phll immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your phll account by contacting our support team via live chat.

Account Information Accuracy

You are obligated to maintain accurate and current personal information in your phll account at all times. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information — including for the purpose of circumventing age or identity verification requirements — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Account Verification

phll may request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, payment method ownership, or source of funds. This is a standard practice under the applicable regulatory framework. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in restriction of account functions, including suspension of withdrawals, until verification is complete.

Accepted Payment Methods

phll accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. phll reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time, with reasonable prior notice where practicable.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• phll does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.
• phll reserves the right to decline any deposit where fraud, money laundering, or regulatory concerns are identified.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Full identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed from your phll account.
• phll processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days depending on the receiving bank.
• phll reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests and to delay processing pending the outcome of such review.
• Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.

All games available on phll are governed by the rules specific to each game type as provided by the applicable game supplier and displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game on phll, you agree to be bound by the rules of that game as displayed.

General Gaming Provisions

• phll uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from its game providers for all electronic casino games. Game outcomes are independently determined and not influenced by phll.
• All live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette balls, dice) under the supervision of the relevant live dealer studio provider.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, phll reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked funds to affected players.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages and volatility ratings for slot games are as specified by the respective game provider. phll does not modify RTP settings from those set by the provider.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface prior to play.

Sports Betting

Sports betting on phll covers PBA, NBA, UFC, football, boxing, and other events as published on the platform. The following provisions apply to all sports bets placed on phll:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to the event remaining open for wagering.
• phll reserves the right to limit, cancel, or void any bet where pricing errors, data feed failures, or integrity concerns are identified.
• Abandoned, postponed, or void events are settled in accordance with phll's sports betting rules, which are accessible within the sports betting section of the platform.
• Maximum winnings per event are subject to phll's liability limits as displayed in the applicable sports betting rules.

Sabong & Bingo

phll's Sabong and Bingo products are governed by their respective game-specific rules available within each product section. Results for Sabong events are determined by the licensed Sabong operator whose live feed is integrated into phll. Bingo results are determined by certified RNG systems operated by the relevant game provider.

phll may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms that apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible phll players only. Restricted Persons as defined in Section 3 are not eligible for bonuses or promotions unless expressly stated.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements specific to each promotion will be stated in the applicable bonus terms.
• Wagering contributions from different game types vary. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at lower rates as specified per promotion.
• phll reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice to affected players where practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms through low-risk, mathematically advantaged, or coordinated betting strategies — constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8.
• phll reserves the right to withhold bonus-derived winnings and associated real-money deposits where bonus abuse is detected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phll platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and reporting to applicable regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other account process.
• Registering or using phll if you are under 21 years of age or are a Restricted Person as defined in Section 3.
• Creating or operating more than one phll account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account credentials without their explicit consent, or allowing another person to use your phll account.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating betting strategies in live casino games, or any form of chip dumping.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an advantage in any game. Where such exploitation occurs, phll will void all associated wins and may take further action.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as described in Section 7, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated strategies to exploit promotional offers.
• Money laundering or using phll for any transaction connected to proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that phll reasonably determines to be threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful toward phll staff or other players.

phll is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to assist players in maintaining control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered phll players through the account settings panel.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount they can deposit into their phll wallet. Limits are applied immediately when set and require a mandatory cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts that trigger after a specified period of continuous platform use.
• Reality Checks: Session win and loss summaries may be enabled to provide real-time visibility over gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may exclude themselves from the phll platform for periods ranging from one week to permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, the account cannot be used for deposits, withdrawals, or gaming, and phll will not send marketing communications to the excluded player.
• Account Closure: Players who wish to permanently close their phll account may do so by contacting the phll support team via live chat.

phll takes the welfare of its players seriously. Where phll identifies player behaviour indicative of disordered gambling — including patterns of escalating losses, requests for large credit advances, or communications expressing distress — phll reserves the right to proactively apply responsible gaming restrictions on the affected account, with notice to the player. All intellectual property rights in the phll platform, including but not limited to its website design, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text content, and game interfaces, are the exclusive property of phll or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use phll's intellectual property except as strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the platform in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any element of the phll platform without phll's prior written consent. Game content displayed on phll is owned by the respective game suppliers and is licensed for display on the phll platform only — you may not extract, reproduce, or exploit game content independently of the phll platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phll's total liability to you in connection with your use of the phll platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits held in your phll wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

phll shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phll platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from platform use.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond phll's reasonable control.
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of odds, statistics, or information provided within the sports betting section, which are provided for informational purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms limits phll's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phll collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data provided by registered players in accordance with phll's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering a phll account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phll collects personal data including, but not limited to, registration information, identity verification documents, payment information, device identifiers, IP addresses, and gaming activity records. This data is used for account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and — where you have consented — marketing communications.

phll will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. phll may share data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement, payment processors, and game providers as necessary for operational and compliance purposes. For full details, review the Privacy Policy.

Termination by phll

phll reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any phll account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions by you.
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from applicable Philippine authorities.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.

Upon termination for Prohibited Conduct, phll reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including both real-money and bonus funds. In all other cases of termination, remaining verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method after completion of applicable checks.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your phll account at any time by contacting phll support via live chat. Upon receiving your closure request, phll will process any pending withdrawals of real-money balance after completion of standard verification procedures and will confirm account closure.

phll reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phll will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the phll platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was published. Your continued use of the phll platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the phll platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13 before the amended Terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use of the phll platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You and phll agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting phll support in the first instance before initiating formal proceedings.

phll operates in accordance with the applicable Philippine gaming regulatory framework. For disputes relating to regulatory compliance matters, players may raise concerns with the appropriate Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
